According to Il Messaggero newspaper, Juventus have reached a verbal agreement with Felipe Anderson’s sister Juliana ahead of a possible free transfer over the summer.

The Brazilian winger’s deal with Lazio runs out in June 2024, so he is already available to sign a pre-contract agreement with any other club ahead of a free transfer at the end of the season.

Page four of Il Messagero’s sports section on Monday confirms the Brazilian has put contract talks with Lazio on hold while his sister Juliana, who is part of the player’s entourage, has shaken hands with Juventus director Giuntoli over a €4m-a-year contract for the next four years with a substantial signing bonus.

Lazio have offered a new €3.5m-a-year contract and are reportedly unwilling to raise their proposal.

Juventus would deal a massive transfer blow to both Lazio and West Ham with the free signing of Felipe Anderson as the Premier League side have a 50% sell-on clause.

Felipe Anderson returned to Lazio from East London on a permanent €3m transfer in 2021.

The 30-year-old has two goals and seven assists in 28 appearances across all competitions this term.

He refused to discuss his future at Lazio on Sunday, after scoring the winner in a 1-0 victory over Lecce at the Stadio Olimpico: “For now, there is nothing we can say,” he told Sky Sport Italia.
